This role starts at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as our business continues to grow. Partial days and half days are acceptable, but availability during early morning EST hours is strongly preferred due to our 24-hour turnaround commitments.
About the Role
We are seeking a QC & Delivery Virtual Assistant whose primary responsibility will be quality control and delivery of client projects. This position is critical to our workflow and currently represents one of the biggest opportunities for growth within our company.
The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing photo and video content, ensuring deliverables meet company standards, organizing files, communicating clearly, and helping us maintain fast turnaround times for our clients.
If time allows, this role may also support our social media marketing efforts, particularly Instagram content management and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
Perform quality control checks on completed photo and video projects
Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, branding, and overall quality
Ensure projects meet company standards before client delivery
Organize files and maintain project workflows
Deliver completed projects to clients promptly and professionally
Communicate with tea
Help maintain our 24-hour turnaround standards
Secondary Responsibilities (As Time Allows)
Assist with Instagram content management
Support posting and scheduling content
Write or assist with captions
Help identify and implement current social media trends
Assist with marketing-related tasks
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Experience with photo editing workflows
Experience with video editing workflows
Familiarity with quality control processes
Experience using Instagram and social media platforms
Understanding of Reels, captions, and current social media trends
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
