Shift/Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM EST

About the Role
Just One LLC is seeking an autonomous, detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Specialist to take absolute ownership of our daily marketplace operations and technical infrastructure. This is not a role for someone who simply follows a basic script or waits to be told what to do. We are looking for a highly capable problem-solver who understands the mechanics of the Amazon platform inside and out, can confidently protect our account health, and knows how to scale operational workflows.

Your main priority will be managing our backend operations, maintaining pristine catalog integrity, navigating Amazon compliance escalations, and optimizing supply chain data workflows within Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities
Catalog & Data Management: Build, update, and troubleshoot complex multi-variation listings. Expertly navigate Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, and category templates to resolve suppressed listings or split variations.

Account Defense & Compliance: Actively monitor and protect "Perfect Account Health." Successfully clear policy violations, intellectual property claims, and listing suppressions by tracking cases and executing bulletproof appeals.

FBA Inventory Coordination: Manage shipment creation workflows, track outbound logistics, monitor stranded/unfulfillable inventory, and aggressively pursue maximum financial reimbursements for lost or damaged FBA stock.

System Optimization & SOPs: Document, maintain, and execute daily standard operating procedures (SOPs) to keep our Seller Central infrastructure running efficiently and flawlessly.

Brand Registry & Merging: Interface with Amazon Brand Registry to resolve mapping errors, execute listing merges, and combat unauthorized listing hijacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Amazon Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of hands-on technical management inside Amazon Seller Central.

Flat File Mastery: Deep expertise utilizing Amazon bulk upload templates and flat files to resolve complex catalog errors.

Advanced Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of successfully opening, routing, and winning complex seller support cases.

Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Familiarity with modern operational tools, e-commerce suites, and AI prompting workflows to speed up administrative tasks and documentation.
