JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator to manage our brand's presence across social media platforms and produce engaging video content.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing short-form videos and posts that grow our audience and engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, knows current social media trends, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain a content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Create graphics, captions, and copy for daily posts
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond to the community
- Track performance metrics and report on growth and engagement
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating video content
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Graphic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Excellent written English and a good eye for design
- Knowledge of platform best practices and analytics
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid social ads
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
- Motion graphics / animation experience

- Links to social media accounts you have managed or grown, with a note on the results you achieved (follower growth, engagement, views, etc.)

- A short before-and-after or case study showing your impact (optional but a big plus)

Note: Generic applications without proof of past work will be ignored. We want to see real, verifiable examples that you produced yourself.
