Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Actively promote our offerings by emphasizing their features and advantages to boost sales.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads to generate interest in our products.

Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders and addressing inquiries about products, shipping, and returns.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer insights and feedback to refine our product offerings and improve satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities for performance evaluation.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a virtual setting.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Solid grasp of online sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced work environment.
