ONLINE VIDEO CONTENT CREATOR — REAL ESTATE BRAND

No real estate experience needed.
No prior video experience needed.
Just your face, your voice, and the willingness to show up on camera and represent something real.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company building a content presence across Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. We need a real face to represent our brand in each state market — and we are hiring now for Florida first.

This is a legitimate, long-term remote role with a small professional team. Strong performers grow with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Record short videos for YouTube, Facebook, and Google Business — we write the scripts and provide full training
Make outbound calls to motivated land sellers during your Mon–Thu calling shift
Friday content recording sessions (6 hours)
Mon–Thu calling shifts (6 hours per day)
Follow a proven system — no guesswork, we hand you the full playbook

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Comfortable on camera — you speak clearly, look directly into the lens, and do not freeze up
Confident spoken English — accent is fine, clarity is what matters
Reliable internet connection and a decent smartphone or webcam
Self-motivated — you will be working remotely with a small, focused team
Dependable and on time — we pay on time, we expect the same

No real estate background required — we train everything from scratch

PAY STRUCTURE

BASE PAY — $132 per week

$60 every Friday (6-hour content recording day)
$72 Mon–Thu (6 hours per day at $3/hr)
Paid weekly, every Friday — no delays

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Inbound lead you sourced closes ? +$150
Seller contract you maintained closes ? +$400
Acquisition you closed ? +$600

TRIAL PERIOD & GROWTH

Starts as a paid 90-day trial — strong performers move to a permanent position
Top performers get first access to expanded roles as we grow state by state
