Rose Legal Services LLC is expanding its remote team and is actively seeking a full-time Intake Specialist. Whether you're an experienced paralegal, a recent certification recipient, or someone passionate about criminal law, we want to hear from you. Prior sales experience is a plus, but more importantly, we're looking for individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for criminal defense and helping people. For this role, we are especially interested in applicants who have excelled in a Call Center, particularly if they have a demonstrated interest in the legal profession.

Responsibilities:
As an Intake Specialist, you play a crucial role as the first point of contact with the firm, shaping the initial impressions for potential clients. Your responsibilities include:
• Answering inbound calls and conducting initial intakes for prospective clients.
• Responding to lead inquiries via telephone calls, emails, text messages, online form submissions, and chat widget engagements.
• Efficiently managing and utilizing our lead intake software.
• Drafting and sending Legal Services Agreements, Automatic Payment Authorization Forms, and Personal Guaranty Agreements.
• Scheduling and confirming lead consultations with our attorneys.
• Maintaining regular contact and following up with pending leads.
• Participating in daily tea ---------- etings to stay informed about new policies, workflows, and priorities.
• Providing general office support and handling administrative duties as needed.
