JOB OVERVIEW

VIDEO EDITOR (E-COMMERCE / DROPSHIPPING ADS)

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with extensive experience creating high-converting eCommerce and dropshipping video ads.

This is NOT a traditional video editing position.

We are looking for someone who can take a winning ad and create an exact duplicate of it in another language while maintaining the same structure, pacing, style, and viewing experience.

The ability to replicate videos with extreme accuracy is our most important requirement.

Responsibilities

* Create UGC Ads
* Create Podcast Ads
* Create AI-Generated Ads
* Generate videos using HeyGen and Higgsfield
* Extract and match background music from source videos
* Extract and match sound effects from source videos
* Follow scripts exactly
* Follow creative briefs exactly
* Create video ads in German, French, and English
* Deliver high-quality video ads with fast turnaround times
* Handle revisions quickly and professionally
* Work closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

The most important skill for this position is the ability to create an EXACT DUPLICATE of an existing winning video ad.

We are NOT looking for editors who:

* Create their own version
* Add their own style
* Add their own creative ideas
* Take inspiration from the original video

We are looking for editors who can replicate a video exactly.

When given a source video, your job is to create a 1:1 copy of that video while changing only:

* Language
* Product name
* Brand name
* Avatar/Actor (when required)

Everything else should remain the same:

* Scene order
* Timing
* Pacing
* Background music
* Sound effects
* Transitions
* Captions
* Animations
* Visual effects
* Camera movement
* Structure
* Flow

The final output should feel like the original video was simply translated into another language.

Requirements

* Extensive experience with eCommerce and dropshipping video ads
* Extensive experience with UGC ads
* Extensive experience with Podcast ads
* Extensive experience with AI-generated ads
* Experience using HeyGen
* Experience using Higgsfield
* Strong understanding of direct-response advertising
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow scripts exactly
* Ability to follow instructions exactly
* Experience editing videos in German, French, and English
* Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
* Comfortable with revisions and feedback

* Experience working with Meta Ads
* Experience working with TikTok Ads
* Experience localizing ads into multiple languages
* Experience identifying winning ad structures
* Experience scaling eCommerce brands
