We're hiring a Media Buyer to run paid acquisition for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. You'll own the day-to-day inside our Meta and TikTok ad accounts — launching creative tests, watching the numbers, scaling what works, and killing what doesn't. We push a high volume of new creative every week, and we need someone who can get it live fast and manage spend with a cool head.
What you will do:
- Launch and manage campaigns across Meta
- Upload and structure new creative tests daily as the creative team ships them
- Monitor spend, ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics closely and act fast
- Scale winning ads and budgets, cut losers without hesitation
- Manage budgets and pacing to hit acquisition targets
- Pull clear performance reports and feed learnings back to the creative team
- Keep accounts clean, organized, and structured for fast iteration
What we're looking for:
- Real hands-on experience buying media for DTC / e-commerce brands (not agency theory)
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads experience is a big plus
- You actually understand the numbers — ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR — and what to do when they move
- Comfortable managing real ad spend and making fast scale/kill decisions
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to monitor accounts daily with consistent overlap
- Calm under pressure and obsessive about hitting targets
