Video Style We want:
What you'll do
- Edit 25 to 30 videos each month for many kinds of businesses
- Use speed ramps, color grading, transitions, and good timing
- Make clean captions, lower thirds, and motion graphics in After Effects
- Add sound and music that fit the video
- Follow the brief and the example videos we give you. You can also add your own ideas for hooks, pacing, and music.
- Join a short call every other day so we stay on the same page

- A clear brief and example videos for each project
- A regular call, so you are never guessing
Who we're looking for
The two most important things to us are skill and good communication.
Skill: You can take raw footage and make a finished video on your own. You can make it in any style we need. You know Premiere Pro very well. You are good with After Effects too — not just presets.
-Communication— You write and speak English clearly. You ask questions when a brief is not clear. You give updates on your own, so we do not need to chase you. You finish your work on time.

You care about your work. You want to grow with one company. You do not want to juggle ten clients at once.
Requirements
- Very good with Adobe Premiere Pro. Good with After Effects.
- A portfolio that shows many styles. Show us a few different kinds of videos, like home tours, cars, and talking-head videos — all done well. One style only tells us less than a few styles done well.
- Okay with video calls in English
- About 4 hours of overlap to communicate with us a couple times a week, Monday to Friday, at the same time as us
- A computer and internet that can edit without lag
The deal
- $1,000 each month to start. This is a flat monthly pay, not by the hour.
- Your pay grows as you grow with us and as we grow
- A steady, long-term job with a team that respects good work
Don't apply if
- You can only do basic cuts and only use templates
- You can only do one style and cannot change it for each brand
- You want a side gig between other clients
- You go quiet for days and do not reply
- You cannot work at the same time as us
