JOB OVERVIEW

B2B Appointment Setter – Commercial Real Estate (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our growing commercial real estate brokerage. This is a full-time remote position focused on outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting with business owners, commercial property owners, investors, and tenants.

If you enjoy talking with people, are confident making outbound calls, and have excellent English communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and commercial property owners.
Generate qualified leads for our commercial real estate brokers.
Schedule appointments with prospective clients.
Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate notes and update our CRM after every conversation.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and text messages.
Work with our sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments.
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
Learn our scripts while also being able to have natural conversations.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.

Qualifications
Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral American accent and clear pronunciation.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Confident speaking with executives and business owners.
Comfortable making 300+ outbound calls per day.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
Experience using CRMs, dialers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred.
Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must have:
High-speed fiber or cable internet.
Stable internet connection with backup internet service (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP).
Backup power solution (generator, UPS, or battery backup) to prevent interruptions during outages.
Quiet, professional home office.
Quality USB headset with noise cancellation.
Modern computer capable of running multiple applications.
Webcam for Zoo ---------- etings.
Ability to work without background noise or distractions.

Schedule
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Must be available during U.S. PST business hours. 8-5pm
Consistent attendance is required.
Punctuality is a must

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
