JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer (UK Marketplace)

You MUST have a minimum of 3 years of proven Amazon FBA sourcing experience in the UK marketplace.

There are NO exceptions to this requirement.

If you do not have at least 3 years of hands-on Amazon FBA sourcing experience specifically for the UK market, please do not apply. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be rejected immediately.

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced, full-time Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product Sourcers to find high-quality, profitable products for the UK Amazon marketplace.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidates. However, all applicants will first complete a trial period to demonstrate their sourcing ability and the quality of their leads.

Only candidates who consistently provide high-quality leads and meet performance expectations will continue into a long-term role.

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Amazon FBA sourcing experience
Experience sourcing specifically for the UK Amazon marketplace
Strong understanding of:
Online Arbitrage (OA)
Amazon FBA
Buy Box analysis
ROI calculations
Profit calculations
Sales rank analysis
Keepa
SellerAmp SAS
Amazon fee structures
Brand restrictions and IP risks
Ability to identify products with strong sales velocity and healthy profit margins
Ability to source independently with minimal supervision
What We Are Looking For

You must be able to consistently provide:

High-quality, profitable leads
Products with strong demand and sales history
Accurate ROI and profit calculations
Low-risk products with minimal competition issues
Reliable sourcing results on an ongoing basis

We are interested in quality over quantity.

Low-quality leads, poor research, inaccurate calculations, or products that do not meet requirements will not be accepted.

Work Schedule
Full-time position
5 days per week minimum
Some weeks may require work on Saturdays and Sundays as business needs dictate
Consistent availability and communication are expected
Trial Period

All successful applicants will begin with a trial period.

During the trial, you will be evaluated on:

Lead quality
Profitability of sourced products
Accuracy of calculations
Consistency
Communication
Overall sourcing performance

Only candidates who meet our standards will be offered ongoing work.
