JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Virtual Assistant with advanced experience using Suno to create music for YouTube and other music platforms. This is not a basic VA role. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands-on experience with Suno and understand how to create high-quality songs using strong prompts, lyrics, style direction, genre direction, and creative revisions.

The workflow will begin with using tools like ChatGPT or Claude to brainstorm song ideas, write lyrics, develop Suno prompts, and create YouTube titles or descriptions. The VA will then use Suno to create and refine the music. Once the final music is approved, the VA will transfer the audio into Canva to create a full YouTube video with visuals, text, branding, and thumbnails. The completed video will then be uploaded and optimized in YouTube Studio.

The VA should also be able to help prepare and coordinate music releases for other platforms, including Spotify, Amazon Music, and similar streaming services. The candidate should understand that YouTube videos are uploaded through YouTube Studio, while music releases for Spotify, Amazon Music, and other platforms are typically submitted through a music distribution platform such as DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, LANDR, or a similar service.

The VA should be comfortable preparing music files, cover artwork, song titles, artist names, descriptions, release dates, genres, and metadata for publishing. They should also be able to track release dates, platform links, and publishing status in an organized content tracker.
