Customer Service Representative — Native-Level English Speaker
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with native-level spoken English to join our growing service department.
This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with customers in a professional way. We are not looking for average. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can follow processes, and wants to grow with a serious company.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently
- Speak with customers in clear, natural, native-level English
- Gather accurate information and create clean support tickets
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone,
- Ask the right questions to understand customer concerns
- Follow company processes for service, warranty, shipping, parts, and support cases
- Escalate issues properly when needed
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Work closely with managers, backend support, and technical teams
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional tone with customers
Requirements
- Native-level English speaking ability is required
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and consistent schedule availability
- Ability to follow instructions and company processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, online systems, and ticketing platforms
- Able to stay calm and professional with upset or confused customers
- Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred
