Amazon Product Sourcing VA — Online Arbitrage / Storefront Stalking

Starting Pay: $5.00/hour

About the Role

We operate a growing Amazon resale business and are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help source profitable products every day.

Your primary responsibility will be to use a sourcing strategy called Storefront Stalking. You’ll analyze Amazon seller storefronts, identify profitable products, locate suppliers online, and submit qualified buying opportunities for review.

This is a structured, analytical role. Success comes from following a proven process precisely and consistently—not from guessing or improvising. If you enjoy working within established systems and continuously improving, you’ll thrive here.

Every lead you submit will be reviewed. You’ll receive clear feedback explaining what was done correctly, what needs improvement, and why.

How the Position Works

3-Day Paid Trial

Your first 3 days are a paid trial.

As long as you follow the SOP and submit quality leads, you’ll be paid for every hour worked—no exceptions.

During the trial, you’ll:

* Follow our SOP
* Submit real product leads
* Receive feedback on your work

If your work meets our standards, you’ll move directly into the full-time position.

We don’t conduct lengthy interviews—your work speaks for itself.

Full-Time Position

Once hired, you’ll work approximately 40 hours per week sourcing profitable products.

You’ll continue receiving feedback on your submissions and will be expected to apply that feedback consistently.

VAs who take feedback seriously and improve over time are the ones who grow the fastest—and the ones we invest in the most.

Repeatedly making the same mistakes after they’ve been explained is the primary reason someone is removed from the role.

You will:

* Browse Amazon seller storefronts
* Analyze products using SellerAmp SAS
* Research suppliers through Google Shopping and retailer websites
* Apply coupons and discounts where available
* Simulate checkout to verify final costs
* Submit complete, accurate leads into Google Sheets
* Review feedback and continually improve

Products generally must meet our sourcing criteria, including minimum requirements for:

* Buy Box stability
* Amazon presence
* IP safety
* Private label risk

All specific buying criteria will be covered during training.

Required

* Previous experience with Amazon Online Arbitrage
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency with Google Sheets
* Reliable internet connection and personal computer
* Good written English
* Ability to follow detailed processes independently

Preferred

* Experience with SellerAmp SAS and/or Keepa
* Experience calculating ROI and profit margins
