Organize My People is a U.S.-based technology, website, CRM, and software company seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to support our client marketing work and internal growth initiatives.
The initial priority will be a Florida public adjusting firm serving consumers, but this is not intended to be a single-account role long term. Once that account is running smoothly, the position may expand to support additional client accounts, as well as Organize My People’s own marketing and B2B lead-generation efforts.
This is not an entry-level VA role. We need someone with a proven track record generating qualified leads for professional service businesses, ideally in public adjusting, insurance claims, legal services, restoration, roofing, or a related industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Google Ads
* Improve SEO and local SEO
* Optimize Google Business Profile
* Create blog posts
* Repurpose content into social posts
* Manage light paid social boosting and retargeting
* Improve content structure, FAQs, schema, and authority signals to support visibility in AI-driven search
* Review conversion tracking, landing pages, and lead quality
* Provide concise weekly updates and monthly performance summaries
You should have:
* Strong Google Ads lead-generation experience
* SEO and local SEO experience
* Google Business Profile experience
* Familiarity with AI search readiness and answer-focused content
* Strong written English
* Experience generating qualified phone and form leads
* A focus on lead quality, not just traffic or impressions
