Job Description
We're Levver. We help fast-growing B2B software companies turn messy, instinct-driven sales into clean, predictable revenue machines — better CRMs, sharper pipelines, smarter workflows, real visibility into what's working.
We're a small, ambitious team: three partners, a few project leads, and a group of sharp operators who get things done. We move fast, and we run on cutting-edge tools — ClickUp, Claude, Clay, and the best of whatever's new — which is a big part of how we punch above our weight. The people who thrive here are hungry, take ownership without being chased, and want to upskill alongside a group of high achievers. If that's you, you'll feel at home.
We're looking for our next builder.
What you'll do
Own HubSpot — build and maintain workflows, pipelines, properties, dashboards, integrations
Turn a partner's rough idea into a clean, working system
Keep CRM data accurate and trustworthy (enrichment, associations, hygiene)
Document processes clearly in ClickUp so the team can run on them
Use modern tools (Claude, Clay, and more) to work smarter and faster — we'll teach you what you don't know yet
Spot problems before we do — and bring solutions, not just flags
Who you are
-You know HubSpot well — this is your core strength, and you can prove it
-Young, hungry, and genuinely want to learn and grow with a company
-You can work full US Mountain Time hours, long-term. This role is on client calls, so you need to be online and sharp during our business day (a night shift in PH). Only apply if this genuinely works for your life.
-You operate independently — give you a goal and context, and you figure out the "how"
-Sharp written English; you communicate clearly because that's how we work
-Excited (not intimidated) by new tools like Claude and Clay — you want to upskill
-Bonus: experience with ClickUp, Clay, data enrichment, or RevOps generally
-You take pride in what you build. Clean, simple, elegant — work anyone could understand
Why this is a good seat
-A capable team that moves fast and cares about doing the work well
-Real ownership and real problems, not busywork
-Room to grow and upskill on modern tools like Claude and Clay
-Stable, long-term, full-time — we want someone for the long arc
Here's exactly what our process looks like (so there's no guessing):
-Apply here following the instructions below.
-If it's a potential fit, we send you a short Google Form (~10 minutes).
-Strong applicants get one short practical task (about 45 minutes): build a few things in a free HubSpot account and mock up a simple workflow — plus a quick Loom video walking us through it.
-A live interview with the team.
-Offer (we may start with a short paid trial project).
The whole thing is designed to be fast and respectful of your time. We tell you where you stand at each step.
How to apply — read this part carefully.
-Start your application with the exact phrase: "I build systems."
-In your first two sentences, confirm you can work full US Mountain Time business hours long-term (a night shift in PH), and tell us whether you've worked US hours before and for how long.
-Then briefly answer: What's one system, workflow, or process you built in HubSpot that you're proud of — and what made it good?
-Tell us your experience with HubSpot (be specific — what have you actually built?), and any experience with ClickUp, Clay, or similar tools.
Applications that don't begin with "I build systems." will not be read. We pay attention to detail, and so should you.
We read every application that follows the instructions. Looking forward to meeting our next builder.
