SellerTrek is an e-commerce consultancy specializing in Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Meta ads management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Part-Time Operations & Social Media Manager to keep our internal agency gears turning smoothly and manage our brand's social presence.
In this role, you will wear two key hats: acting as the organizational backbone of our daily agency operations (handling website updates and client onboarding details) and managing our organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to showcase our expertise.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
* Project management and workflow organization using tools like Asana, including SOP creation and task prioritization.
* Social media management (strategy, copywriting, scheduling) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Professional client communication, encompassing the ability to tactfully gather assets and translate client feedback into clear internal technical briefs.
* Foundational e-commerce literacy (Amazon FBA, PPC) coupled with basic ecommerce trends and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Organization: Streamline and manage the daily inner workings of the agency to ensure internal projects stay on track.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish organic content for the agency's own LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok channels to drive engagement and position us as industry leaders.
Client Coordination & Liaison: Act as a key point of contact to confirm campaign details and gather assets from clients, then accurately pass them along to our account management and PPC staff.
Website Management: Perform regular content updates and basic maintenance on the agency website to keep our case studies and services current.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations, project management, or agency coordination.
Demonstrated experience managing and growing brand channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok (bonus points if you've done this for a B2B or agency brand).
Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Familiarity with website management and basic content updates (please note, the secret word is Bumblebee).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into clear instructions for technical teams.
A foundational understanding of e-commerce terminology (Amazon FBA, PPC, Meta ads) is highly preferred.
