JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Initially (Potential to Grow)


We are looking for a highly capable Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is not a button-pushing role.

We already have successful Google Ads systems running across multiple client accounts. We are looking for someone who can understand what is already working, identify opportunities for improvement, and help us expand our capabilities across the Google advertising ecosystem.

You will initially work across a small number of accounts and be responsible for auditing campaigns, identifying opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing optimizations.

As the role grows, you may become responsible for additional accounts and helping us develop new Google Ads offerings.

## What We're Looking For

### Required

* Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
* Proven experience generating leads through Google Ads
* Experience managing Search campaigns
* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
* Ability to audit and improve landing pages and funnels
* Experience with remarketing campaigns
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written English
* Ability to work independently and think strategically

### Preferred

* Experience running Performance Max campaigns
* Experience with Display campaigns
* Experience with YouTube advertising
* Experience with E-Commerce Google Ads
* Experience implementing Enhanced Conversions
* Experience with call tracking solutions
* Experience with offline conversion imports
* Experience working with service-based businesses
* Experience working in the bridal industry (not required)

## What Success Looks Like

We are looking for someone who can:

* Audit existing campaigns and identify opportunities
* Understand our current acquisition systems
* Improve campaign performance through testing and optimization
* Recommend new strategies and channels where appropriate
* Improve tracking and attribution accuracy
* Identify opportunities within Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing and Performance Max
* Audit landing pages and conversion paths
* Think strategically rather than simply making changes inside an ad account
* Present recommendations clearly and logically

## Initial Project

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to review one of our existing Google Ads accounts and provide:

### 1. Current Strategy Assessment

What do you believe the current acquisition strategy is?

### 2. What's Working?

What do you believe is currently performing well and why?

### 3. Opportunities For Improvement

What areas would you optimize first?

### 4. Tracking Review

Do you see any tracking, attribution, GTM or GA4 issues?

### 5. Expansion Opportunities

What additional channels or campaign types would you test?

Examples may include:

* YouTube
* Display
* Performance Max
* Remarketing
* Other opportunities you identify

### 6. 90-Day Plan

If you were responsible for these accounts, what would your high-level action plan be over the next 90 days?

This exercise is designed to identify strategic thinkers who can understand an existing system before proposing changes.

## Hours & Compensation

This role will begin on a part-time basis with flexible hours.

Initially, we anticipate approximately 5–15 hours per month while the successful candidate audits existing accounts, implements optimizations, and helps develop our Google Ads offering.

There is significant opportunity for additional hours as new clients are onboarded and the role expands.
