We are a U.S.-based Public Accounting Firm specializing in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, business advisory, and accounting services for small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, increase client acquisition, and strengthen our online presence.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
25 hours per week
Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
Manage and update company website
Create and schedule social media content
Develop and execute marketing campaigns
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist with branding and brand consistency
Create graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials
Improve SEO and online visibility
Manage Google Business Profile and online listings
Assist with
Monitor marketing performance and provide reports
Identify opportunities to increase leads, referrals, and client engagement
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
Strong English communication skills
Experience managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns
Experience with Canva, WordPress, and content creation
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience marketing professional services firms (accounting, tax, legal, consulting, insurance, etc.) is a plus
