JOB OVERVIEW

Become My Right-Hand Person and Help Build International E-commerce Brands

I am not looking for an employee.

I am looking for a future business partner, operator, and right-hand person who wants to help build something much bigger than a single Shopify store.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with serious e-commerce experience who wants to work directly with a founder, take ownership, and play a key role in building multiple international e-commerce brands.

The Vision

My goal is simple:

Build multiple highly profitable e-commerce brands that sell internationally across markets such as:

United States
Europe
Australia
Canada

I am investing the capital, software, tools, advertising budgets, AI resources, and infrastructure needed to make this happen.

I am looking for someone who can become the operational force behind the business and eventually grow into a key leadership position.

The right person will become much more than a manager.

You will become my right-hand person.

This Is a Full-Time Position

I am not looking for freelancers juggling multiple clients.

I am not looking for part-time applicants.

I am looking for someone who wants to commit fully and grow alongside the business for years to come.

Your Role

You will work directly with me and be involved in nearly every important aspect of the business.

You will help build, manage, optimize, and scale our brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding winning products
Market and competitor research
Building Shopify stores
Creating and optimizing product pages
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Managing freelancers
Coordinating creative production
Improving customer journeys
Design creaters
Analyzing store performance
Implementing systems and processes
Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency
Identifying growth opportunities
Helping make strategic business decisions

Over time, your responsibilities and influence will continue to increase.
