Work Schedule:
9 AM – 5 PM (Mondays–Fridays) Eastern Standard Time (EST)
9 PM 5 AM (Monday–Friday) Philippine Time (PHT)

About the Role:
Prosper IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable and motivated developers with extensive experience building and maintaining web applications. Candidates with various technology stacks are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
-Strong English communication skills
-Dependable, positive, motivated, and enthusiastic
-Minimum of 6+ years of professional software development experience
-Proven experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications
-Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
-Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems
-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
-Experience working with databases, APIs, and version control systems is a plus
-Open to developers with different technology stacks and frameworks

Compensation:
During Training (2–4 months): $7.50 USD/hour
After Training: $10 USD/hour
