**About the Role**

We're a fast-moving real estate investment and sales operation based in the United States. We acquire properties and businesses through creative finance strategies (Subject-To, seller finance), work distressed seller leads (foreclosures, expired listings, FSBO), and also run roofing lead generation campaigns in Phoenix, AZ.

We need a sharp, thick-skinned Virtual Assistant to work directly with our team lead as his right hand — calling leads, following up, managing Close CRM workflows, and booking appointments. This is not a slow, quiet admin job. It is high-volume, high-energy, and high-reward for the right person.

Start structure: Part-time for the first 2–4 weeks (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) while you get up to speed. Strong performers move to full-time. Timelines are flexible based on fit and performance.

**What You'll Do**

- Make outbound calls to real estate leads (expired listings, foreclosures, FSBO, motivated sellers)
- Follow up with leads systematically using Close CRM
- Set appointments for our acquisition team
- Update lead records, notes, and statuses in Close CRM after every touchpoint

**Set up and monitor AI outbound phone agent workflows in Close CRM**
- This is a core part of the role. You'll learn how our AI calling agent works and be responsible for configuring and managing the workflows that match each lead type (expired listing, foreclosure, FSBO, roofing, etc.) so the right sequences hit the right leads at the right time
- Assist with roofing sales lead follow-up and appointment setting
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, text, and email
- Flag hot leads immediately — you are often the first human contact

**What We Need From You**

- Fluent, confident English — spoken and written. No exceptions.
- Available during US Mountain/Pacific business hours (Mon–Fri, ~9am–1pm AZ/PT to start; expanding to full day after ramp period. The 4 hour window after starting in the role may change or be adjusted)
- Thick skin — some leads are in foreclosure, under extreme financial stress, and they will take it out on you. Expect name-calling and irate calls. You don't take it personally. You stay professional and move on.
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
- Fast learner — you'll be trained on Close CRM and our scripts, but you need to pick things up quickly and own your workflow
- Tech-comfortable — you need to understand how automated sequences and AI calling workflows function, not just how to use a CRM as a rolodex
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, professional headset
- Experience with CRM tools (Close CRM experience is a huge plus)
- Real estate or phone sales background preferred but not required

**Compensation**

- Competitive base pay (DOE) — state your rate expectation when you apply
- Part-time rate during ramp period (2–4 weeks), full-time offer for strong performers
- Performance bonuses available based on appointments set and deals closed
- This is a long-term role with room to grow
