We're a US-based agency that manages Amazon for a portfolio of established health, medical, and wellness brands. We're small, fast, and unusually systematized — we run on documented SOPs, internal tooling, and a tight quality bar. We're growing, and we're looking for one excellent senior operator to own brand accounts and grow into a lead as we scale.
This is not a task-VA role. We want someone who can hold a brand's strategy in their head, make judgment calls without being told what to do, and be trusted with a real P&L. If you've run Amazon agency-side across multiple brands and you're looking for one stable, long-term home rather than a rotating client roster — read on.
What you'll own
Day-to-day management of assigned brand accounts in Seller Central — you are the person responsible for each brand's health, growth, and problems
Listing creation and optimization: titles, bullets, A+ content, flat-file uploads, and catalog troubleshooting (suppressions, variation issues, stranded inventory)
PPC (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display): campaign builds, bid and budget management, search-term harvesting, and hitting ACoS / TACoS targets
Keyword and competitor research using tools like DataDive, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout
Monitoring buybox, pricing, and unauthorized sellers — and flagging issues fast
Weekly reporting with a clear point of view on what's working and what to do next
Working inside our SOP and tooling system — and helping make it better
As we grow: helping QC and lead junior tea
Who we're looking for (required)
5+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central management, ideally agency-side across multiple brands (not just one in-house brand)
Real PPC competence — you can explain your bidding logic and point to results you've driven, not just "I've run ads"
Comfortable with flat files and catalog troubleshooting
Strong written English — good enough to write to a brand owner directly
Willing to overlap with US Pacific business hours (we'll discuss specifics, but expect a solid morning-PT overlap for calls and real-time work)
Self-directed. You move things forward without waiting to be told.
Bonus points
Experience in health, medical, supplement, or other regulated categories (you understand why compliance and claims matter)
You've managed or trained other people
You're fluent with AI tools and use them well — but you know not to trust their output blindly
Familiarity with Keepa and reporting/dashboard tools
The details
Full-time, long-term, remote
Schedule: Mon–Fri, significant overlap with US Pacific hours; roughly 7:00am–2:00pm PT
Pay: $2,000–$3,500 USD/month depending on experience.
Growth: this is the first of a growing team. The right person becomes our lead.

We read every application that follows these instructions — and we skip every one that doesn't.

Tell us which Amazon tools you use day-to-day.
Tell us your favorite way to boost ranking (BSR). The more specific you are, the better.
We move fast for the right person. Shortlisted candidates complete a short paid trial task before any final interview.
