## End-to-End Recruiter — Overseas / Remote
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven **End-to-End Recruiter** to help us find, screen, and hire top talent for our growing insurance agency.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating next steps, and helping move strong candidates through the pipeline quickly.
The ideal person is organized, proactive, comfortable speaking with candidates, and able to identify people who are reliable, coachable, well-spoken, and a strong fit for a fast-moving sales and service environment.
### Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job boards,
* Review resumes, applications, and video introductions
* Conduct initial screening interviews
* Evaluate candidates for communication skills, professionalism, attitude, reliability, and fit
* Schedule interviews with management
* Keep the recruiting pipeline organized and updated daily
* Follow up with candidates throughout the process
* Help write and post job ads for different roles
* Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring results
* Assist with onboarding coordination once candidates are selected
* Communicate clearly with leadership on top candidates, concerns, and hiring progress
### What We’re Looking For
* Prior recruiting experience preferred
* Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, insurance, or remote roles is a plus
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
* Comfortable conducting video or phone interviews
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Self-starter who does not need constant direction
* Quick learner who can understand what makes a good candidate for our company
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, responsive, and consistent
* Able to work during U.S. business hours or significant overlap with Eastern Time
### Nice to Have
* Experience hiring overseas/remote talent
* Experience recruiting licensed insurance agents, sales reps, appointment setters, customer service reps, or virtual assistants
* Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Indeed, LinkedIn,
