JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our growing e-commerce business.

This is a long-term role for a proactive, organised and dependable individual who can take ownership of our Amazon account and help scale the business.
Hours

30–40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise our Amazon Seller Central account.

Create, manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and improve listings using Amazon SEO best practices.
Monitor account health and ensure full compliance with Amazon policies.

Resolve listing issues, account notifications and performance-related matters.
Handle customer service enquiries and Amazon-related issues.

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
Use Helium 10 for keyword research, product research and listing optimisation.
Provide regular reports and recommendations.

Manage and optimise our catalogue of approximately 100 SKUs.
Assist with eBay and other online marketplaces.
Assist with website SEO and PPC where required.

Help scale the business through strategic planning and execution.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Proven Amazon PPC experience with measurable results.
Strong Amazon SEO and listing optimisation skills.

Experienced with Helium 10.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of Amazon policies, compliance and account health.
Punctual and reliable.
Highly proactive and able to work without constant supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and implement improvements independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing eBay accounts.
Experience with other online marketplaces.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Experience with website SEO and PPC.
Experience scaling Amazon and e-commerce businesses.

Time Tracking
This role requires the use of Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
Applicants must be comfortable installing and using Hubstaff during working hours.
