YESUGOD is a luxury Christian fashion and lifestyle brand creating apparel, accessories, and experiences that merge faith, culture, and high-end design. Our pieces are designed to feel elevated, modern, meaningful, and conversation-starting — blending biblical inspiration with luxury fashion aesthetics.

We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to join our creative team and help bring new YESUGOD collections to life. We are not looking for basic designs. YESUGOD pieces should feel intentional, elevated, and unique. We want someone who can help us create garments that feel luxurious, meaningful, and fresh — pieces that people would want to wear because they look beautiful, but also because they carry a deeper message.

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer who understands modern women’s fashion, luxury streetwear, occasionwear, and elevated ready-to-wear. The ideal candidate can take a creative concept and turn it into clear design direction, sketches, technical details, and manufacturer-ready ideas.

You should have a strong eye for silhouettes, fabric, fit, trends, and brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who can balance creativity with commercial appeal and help us design pieces that feel unique, wearable, and true to the YESUGOD brand.

Core Responsibilities:

* Create original fashion concepts for women’s apparel, accessories, and future collections
* Develop sketches, design mockups, and visual design directions
* Create detailed tech packs for manufacturers, including measurements, construction notes, trims, fabric suggestions, and design specifications
* Research current fashion trends, luxury brands, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling direction
* Help refine existing garment samples by identifying fit, proportion, construction, and design improvements
* Suggest fabric types, GSM, finishes, trims, and hardware suitable for each design
* Create mood boards and collection concepts based on YESUGOD’s brand direction
* Work with our team to translate faith-based inspiration into subtle, elevated fashion pieces
* Communicate clearly with manufacturers when design revisions are needed
* Support product development from concept to sample approval

Trend Research & Creative Direction Responsibilities:

* Research current and upcoming fashion trends across luxury womenswear, streetwear, resortwear, occasionwear, accessories, and Christian/lifestyle fashion
* Study relevant brands, influencer styling, retail bestsellers, and emerging design details to inform YESUGOD collections
* Create mood boards, trend reports, silhouette references, fabric direction, color palettes, and styling concepts
* Identify commercially strong product opportunities that align with YESUGOD’s brand identity and customer base
* Translate trend research into original YESUGOD designs rather than copying existing brands
* Monitor what is selling in the market, including silhouettes, fabrics, colors, embellishments, fit preferences, and styling direction
* Present clear creative recommendations for upcoming drops, seasonal collections, and hero pieces

Ideal Candidate:

* Has experience in fashion design, technical design, or apparel product development
* Can create professional tech packs and clear design specifications
* Understands women’s fashion, luxury streetwear, elevated basics, occasionwear, and statement pieces
* Has a strong eye for fit, proportion, and garment construction
* Understands fabrics, trims, seams, stitching, lining, closures, and production details
* Can design pieces that are unique but still wearable and commercially appealing
* Is detail-oriented, responsive, organized, and able to meet deadlines
* Can work independently and take creative direction well
* Has strong English communication skills

Required Skills:

* Fashion sketching or digital fashion illustration
* Tech pack creation
* Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Procreate, CLO3D, or similar design tools
* Fabric and garment construction knowledge
* Trend research and mood board creation
* Strong written communication

Bonus Skills:

* Experience working with overseas manufacturers
* Experience designing for e-commerce fashion brands
* Experience with luxury women’s apparel, dresses, outerwear, bags, or accessories
* Experience creating 3D garment mockups or AI-assisted fashion concepts
* Knowledge of Christian fashion, modest fashion, or faith-based branding
