JOB OVERVIEW

AI Systems Builder — Agents, Automations & Tools

We're a U.S.-based social media content agency in full build mode. We need someone who actually **builds** with AI — not someone who just uses it.

This role is project-based and constantly evolving. You'll work directly with our leadership team to design, build, and maintain the AI tools, agents, and automations that run our business day to day. Some of what you build will be brand new, with no template to follow. That's the point — but "new" doesn't mean "half-finished." We need systems that ship, work, and keep working.

What you'll be building

- AI agents and automations that run real production workflows across our content pipeline — video intake, AI analysis, transcription, auto-editing, caption and overlay generation, and publishing
- End-to-end systems that connect Airtable, ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, Gmail, and Google Calendar through MCP and API integrations
- Automations and workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Functional tools and pipelines using Claude Code and Python
- Prompt systems for agents that have to perform *reliably*, not just impressively
- Ongoing maintenance, QC, and improvement of everything you ship

You're the right fit if

- You build with AI tools, not just prompt them — and you can point to systems you've taken from idea to working production
- You finish what you start. You drive projects to done and close the loop without being chased
- You sweat the details. Your builds are tested, your edge cases are handled, and your work doesn't break the ---------- nt it touches real data
- You follow specs precisely. When something's unclear, you ask the right question once, then execute exactly as agreed
- You communicate early about blockers, timelines, and capacity. We'd rather hear "this needs two more days" than discover a missed deadline after the fact
- You keep a steady, reliable pace. This is a demanding, fast-moving role with a lot of context-switching, and we're looking for someone who can sustain consistent output over months — not someone who sprints for two weeks and stalls
- You stay current on the AI space and bring ideas to the table without being asked

To apply

**Do not send a resume.** Send a short selfie video (under 2 minutes) to our CEO Alex on Instagram: ---------- the video, cover these three things **in this order**:

1. Start with the last AI system you shipped — what it does, and how long it took you start to finish.
2. Tell us who you are and why you're a fit.
3. End with one AI tool or technique you started using in the last 30 days.

Applications that don't follow these three steps in order won't be reviewed. (Yes — that's the first test.)
