We are looking for an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing U.S.-based beauty products e-commerce business.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands and seller accounts while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Store Management
• Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Support multiple Amazon stores, brands, and seller accounts
• Monitor account performance and account health metrics
• Assist with issue resolution and account maintenance
Customer Service & Order Management
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Handle returns, refunds, complaints, and order-related concerns
• Monitor and manage customer messages daily
• Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction
Inventory & Operations Support
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
• Assist with inventory management and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding fulfillment and operational updates
Reporting & Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and store activities
• Prepare reports related to customer service, inventory, and store performance
• Support operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day store management
Qualifications
Required
? Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Experience handling:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Customer complaints
• Order management
? Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
? Highly organized with strong attention to detail
? Ability to manage multiple brands, stores, and priorities simultaneously
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
• Experience with inventory management tools
• Experience with Nineyard (a plus)
• Previous experience supporting multiple Amazon accounts
• Beauty, retail, or e-commerce industry experience
