About Us
Foundations Functional Medicine helps high achieving women get to the root cause of why they feel unwell, even when every conventional lab says they're "fine." We're growing fast and need a marketing minded VA who can take ownership of our content, campaigns, and lead generation engine so our message reaches the women who need it.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support nearly every visible (and behind the scenes) part of our marketing operation. This is not a "post and pray" social media job. You'll help host and launch webinars, shape brand strategy and offers, analyze performance data, and keep our entire content and campaign calendar running on time and on message.
You should be comfortable wearing a lot of hats, moving fast, and bringing ideas to the table, not just executing a checklist.
What You'll Own
Webinars and Launches
-Help plan, host, and launch live and evergreen webinars
Build prelaunch sequences, registration pages, and reminder flows
Coordinate timelines so nothing slips
Brand Strategy and Messaging
-Support niche messaging and offer development
Help refine positioning so every piece of content reinforces our root cause point of view
Keep voice and branding consistent across every channel
Data and Strategy
-Track KPIs across
Spot what's working and what's not, and recommend adjustments
Report on campaign performance in plain language
Email
-Build and manage automated flow sequences (GHL)
Write and schedule broadcast
Segment lists and optimize for opens, clicks, and bookings
Social Media and Video
-Write and edit copy for reels and short form video
Repurpose long form content into multiple formats and platforms
Manage publishing calendar across channels
Ad Creation
-Build ad creative and copy variations for paid campaigns
Support testing and iteration based on performance
Content and SEO/AEO
-Write blog content optimized for search engines and AI answer engines
Repurpose blog content into social,
Keep an organized content repurposing system
Planning and Operations
-Build and maintain a campaign and content calendar
Manage contact planning and outreach timelines
Keep prelaunch and launch checklists organized and on track
What We're Looking For
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in health, wellness, or coaching spaces
Proven experience with webinar platforms, GHL
Strong writer who can match brand voice (clinically credible but never stiff or corporate)
Comfortable reading performance data and making strategic recommendations, not just reporting numbers
Highly organized, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Self starter who can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished, on brand asset
Bonus: experience with functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness audiences
