Appointment Setter
Childcare Marketing Group | Remote-First | Full-Time
Position Overview
We are looking for an Appointment Setter who can confidently engage business owners, build meaningful conversations, and create qualified sales opportunities for our team.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective child care centers and nursery businesses interested in growing their enrollment. You will identify opportunities, qualify prospective clients, build rapport with decision-makers, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
Your success will directly contribute to helping child care businesses grow while supporting the continued expansion of Childcare Marketing Group. This is more than a call-making role—it's about opening doors, building trust, and creating opportunities that lead to long-term client relationships.
Compensation
Salary Band: $800 per month
Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a discretionary year-end performance bonus based on individual contributions, overall performance, and company results.
Why You Should Work Here

? Top-of-Market Pay: We pay above market because we hire the best and want to keep them.
? Train to Be the Best: Access $100K+ in training, courses, and materials - enough to make you more knowledgeable than 99.9% of the account managers our competitors employ.
?A Workspace That Feels
? Quarterly Town Halls: Every quarter, you get a full state-of-the-company update, so you are never guessing where things stand.
? The Dream-On Program: Each year, our CEO grants multiple wishes pulled straight from tea
? 25 Days Off: A full 25 paid days off per year, because we want you to have a real life outside work.
? Paid Days to Give Back: 4 paid days a year to volunteer with any charity you choose.
