JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a full time Dispatcher VA!

FOR Dispatcher
• At least 3 to 5 years BPO experience in customer service and email Support
• Knowledgeable in Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable on handling inbound and outbound calls
• Expected to have excellent verbal and written English.
• Logistics experience required. Knowledgeable in appointment scheduling, POD collection, load board posting, and load monitoring.
• Problem solving skills; detail oriented; comfortable on multi-tasking.
• Must be flexible with working hours, including possible weekend and after-hours shifts

System Requirements
• Must have 50mbps and up for main internet connection.
• Intel core i5 or higher with at least 16 GIG of RAM
• Backup laptop/PC and Back up Internet at least 5mbps or higher
• Two monitors required
• Noise Cancelling headset
• Must be working for home and has a quiet workspace
