JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Description:**

We are a licensed Unlimited General Contractor operating in NC, SC, VA, TN, GA, and AL. We are looking for a reliable full-time Virtual Assistant to handle all permitting for our construction projects.

**Responsibilities:**
- Submit, track, and manage building permits across multiple states
- Make calls to the United States
- Coordinate with local municipalities, counties, and permitting offices
- Prepare and organize permit applications and supporting documents
- Follow up on approvals, revisions, and inspections
- Maintain detailed records of all permit statuses

**Requirements:**
- Experience with construction permitting or working with government agencies (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Stable internet and quiet workspace
- Great English
- Ability to make phone calls to the United States

**Schedule:** Full-time (M-F 8am-5pm EDT)
