JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing YouTube automation business. No prior experience is required — full training and step-by-step SOPs will be provided from day one.

Responsibilities

* Purchase and set up aged Gmail accounts and Google Workspace emails.
* Create Multilogin browser profiles and assign proxies to each channel.
* Warm up YouTube channels daily through normal user activity (watching videos, subscribing, etc.) — approximately 20–40 minutes per channel per day.
* Upload walking videos to test channel trust scores.
* Configure YouTube Studio settings for each channel.
* Upload and schedule videos using Vidrush.
* Maintain a daily tracking spreadsheet with all completed tasks.
* Send a daily progress report.

Requirements

* Good English skills (all SOPs, communication, and reporting are in English).
* Stable internet connection.
* Ability to follow detailed written instructions carefully.
* Strong attention to detail and consistency.
* Responsive communication and same-day reporting of any issues.
* Experience with YouTube or Google accounts is a plus, but not required.
* Availability to check in and complete tasks daily.

Workload

* Starting part-time: approximately 2–4 hours per day.
* Managing 3–5 channels initially.
* Strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the operation expands.

Compensation

* Starting rate: $150/month for part-time work.
* Expected growth to $300/month for full-time as workload increases and performance is proven.
* Compensation is open to discussion based on experience.

Training

* Full step-by-step SOP manual provided from day one.
* Everything is documented — no guesswork and no need to figure things out on your own.
