JOB OVERVIEW

Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly responsive On-Call Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary communication link between our company, our drivers, and our logistics partners. This is a remote, phone-based position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to operational issues throughout the day.

This role is not a traditional hourly position. It is a daily on-call role designed for someone who can remain available during operating hours to assist with driver communication, dispatch support, route monitoring, and issue resolution.

Availability Requirements

* Must be available daily between 10:00 AM Eastern Time and 10:00 PM Eastern Time
* Must be accessible by phone and RingCentral during scheduled availability
* Must be able to respond promptly to calls, messages, and operational issues throughout the day
* After-hours emergencies occurring after 10:00 PM Eastern should be directed to the company owners

Primary Responsibilities

Driver Communication & Monitoring

* Serve as the dedicated dispatcher for Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc.
* Communicate directly with drivers throughout the day regarding route progress, delays, emergencies, and operational concerns
* Conduct status checks when requested by management, dispatch partners, or logistics coordinators
* Monitor driver performance and route progress
* Contact drivers when delivery activity appears delayed or paused and determine the reason for interruptions
* Gather accurate information and provide timely updates to the appropriate parties

Partner Communication

* Respond to inquiries from dispatch teams and logistics partners regarding driver and route status
* Act as the communication liaison between drivers and our logistics partners
* Provide accurate updates regarding delays, route progress, emergencies, and delivery completion expectations
* Escalate major issues, serious i ---------- , customer complaints, a ---------- , injuries, or operational concerns directly to company ownership

Route Management & Reporting

* Maintain and distribute the daily route roster for all active routes operated by Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc.
* Update driver assignments and route changes as directed by ownership
* Maintain detailed records of:
* Emergencies
* Route delays
* Driver issues
* Carryover deliveries
* Operational i ----------
* Monitor carryover situations and immediately report any route carrying over more than 10% of its assigned deliveries

End-of-Day & Morning Reporting

* Contact drivers during the evening to determine:
* Remaining deliveries
* Route completion status
* Expected completion time
* Plans for resuming deliveries the following day if applicable
* Provide ownership with comprehensive daily reports including:
* Driver status
* Route performance
* Carryovers
* Delays
* Emergencies
* Outstanding issues
* Provide morning operational reports and midday reports when requested

Emergency Response & Escalation

* Receive and document emergency calls from drivers
* Determine whether issues should be:
* Resolved internally through Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc.
* Reported to logistics partners
* Escalated directly to company ownership
* Maintain professional communication during high-pressure situations

Example of Daily Responsibilities

If a logistics partner contacts the dispatcher because a driver has not completed a delivery in over one hour, the dispatcher will:

1. Contact the driver immediately.
2. Determine the reason for the delay.
3. Confirm whether the driver intends to resume deliveries.
4. Verify whether the route can still be completed that day.
5. Relay all relevant information back to the requesting dispatch team.
6. Document the i ---------- and provide updates to company ownership as necessary.

Systems & Communication Tools

* RingCentral will be the primary communication platform.
* Dispatcher will be added as a member of the Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc. operations team.
* Dispatcher must provide a dedicated phone number that can be shared with company drivers for operational support.

Compensation

This is a daily on-call position, not an hourly role. Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience, availability, responsiveness, and ability to manage operational communications effectively.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Owners of Untouchable Transport & Logistics Inc.

All major i ---------- , emergencies, a ---------- , safety concerns, customer escalations, and operational issues requiring executive decisions must be immediately referred to ownership.

After 10:00 PM Eastern Time, all driver emergencies and urgent operational matters must be directed to the owners, Kia and Anderson
