JOB OVERVIEW

Facebook & Google Ads Virtual Assistant: Local Lead Generation (Multi-Industry)

SALARY: $350-$450/month USD
HOURS PER WEEK: 15 to 20 (starts around 15 while the window cleaning account ramps in weeks 1 and 2, increasing toward 20 once the nursery account layers in around week 3)
SCHEDULE: At least 4 to 5 hours overlapping with UK daytime (roughly UK 9am to 5pm, which is approximately 4pm to midnight Philippine time). Flexible on the remaining hours.
PAYMENT: Monthly via PayPal or Payoneer
TYPE: Part-time, remote, long-term, contingent on a successful 30-day trial

You'll be managing our Facebook/Google ad accounts and ad budgets. No need to spend your own money on ads.

About the Role

We run a delegated lead generation operation that builds and validates paid ad campaigns for local UK service businesses. We're currently piloting with two free clients at once (a window cleaning company and a childcare nursery), and may add further industries as we validate. This is not a single-niche role: we need someone who can manage more than one live ad account, research a brand-new industry quickly, and adapt their approach to how fast or slow that business's customers typically d ---------- .

Tasks: What You'll Actually Be Doing


Build and launch Facebook and Google ad campaigns across both client accounts
Spend time upfront researching each new industry: who the customer is, what makes them say yes, what objections come up, how fast they typically d ----------
Set up and manage a separate landing page per client (fields will vary by industry)
Prioritize your time across accounts week to week based on what's most active or most in need of attention
Monitor performance daily and adjust targeting, budget, and creative based on cost per lead
Test ad copy, images, and video to find what converts at the lowest cost, per account
Compile and send a weekly report per client, with concrete numbers: leads generated, cost per lead, click through rate, and any optimization changes made
Flag issues immediately (rejected ads, account warnings, budget pacing problems) rather than waiting for the weekly report


Tools You Should Already Know



Facebook
Ads Manager (required, meaning you should be able to set up a campaign from scratch with no guidance)
Google Ads (preferred)
Canva or similar, for quick ad creative
A basic CRM or spreadsheet system for tracking and tagging leads by client


Who This Is a Good Fit For


You've run paid ad campaigns for more than one type of local service business. We'd rather see breadth across industries than years of depth in just one
You can explain how your targeting and creative approach would change between a fast decision business (cleaning, landscaping, repairs) and a slower, higher trust one (childcare, healthcare, professional services)
You're comfortable managing more than one live ad account in the same week without letting either slip
You're comfortable spending 30 to 60 minutes researching a brand new industry before you start building a campaign for it
You're comfortable with a 30-day trial period with clear weekly targets
