### Looking for an Elite Content Creator Who Knows How to Create Attention

We're looking for a talented **Video Editor & Content Specialist** to help build and grow multiple brands across social media.

This role will focus on creating high-quality content for:

If you know how to turn raw footage into engaging content that captures attention, increases engagement, and helps grow brands, we want to hear from you.

### Video Editing

* Edit Long-Form YouTube Videos
* Create engaging hooks and strong retention edits
* Add captions, graphics, transitions, and B-roll
* Create thumbnails when needed
* Organize and manage content files

### Content Management

* Schedule and publish content
* Write captions and descriptions
* Research hashtags and trends
* Create content calendars
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
* Track content performance and suggest improvements

### Content Strategy

You'll help build content around:

### You MUST Have:
