Part-Time | Project-Based Hours

About the Role
Movement Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Developer to support website design, development, maintenance, and optimization across WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small businesses, personal brands, coaches, and service-based companies to create high-converting websites that are both visually appealing and strategically built for growth.
Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain websites on WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi
Create and optimize landing pages, sales pages, and website content

- Implement SEO best practices
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance
- Connect forms, email marketing platforms, and third-party integrations
- Assist with website migrations and redesign projects
- Maintain brand consistency across all web properties

Qualifications
Experience working with WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi
Strong understanding of website design principles and user experience

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals

Experience with website plugins, integrations, and automations

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
NO HTML REQUIRED

Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms

Graphic design experience is a plus
