I’m Stefan, founder of Status Alpha, a high-ticket mentorship for men who want elite body, energy, mindset and performance.
I already built a detailed Content Operating System (folders, trackers, SOPs, Loom trainings). I shoot content and drop it into Google Drive. I need a Content Operations VA who loves structure AND loves social media, and can run the machine so I don’t have to think about it.
Your mission: take every video I drop into Drive and, using my SOPs and AI tools, turn it into organized assets and scheduled posts across all major social media platforms.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone in the Philippines with strong written English, real experience supporting coaches/creators, and a genuine interest in growing social media brands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take raw videos from a Google Drive INBOX and:
- Upload to transcription tools
- Paste transcripts into Google Docs
- Fix grammar, misheard words and punctuation so it reads like a native wrote it
- Use AI tools (I provide access and prompts) to:
- Generate structured editor briefs
- Pull hooks, clip ideas and timestamps
- Create and maintain Clip Briefs for the editor:
- Fill meta info, link to source files, paste AI briefs
- Add simple thumbnail notes (text plus which folder to pull photos from)
- Coordinate with the editor:
- Move assets through Raw -> Briefed -> Editing -> Needs Revision -> Approved
- Watch drafts, write clear revision notes, and approve final versions
- Organize assets in Google Drive:
- Keep RAW vs PROOF vs Stefan Asset Bank clean
- Follow naming conventions and folder structures
- Schedule and publish content using native schedulers / tools on:
- Instagram and
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts and long form
- LinkedIn
- X /
- Log monthly performance in a simple sheet:
- Add top performing posts with their metrics
- Write 3–10 short learnings (patterns, not complex analytics)
You get Looms and SOPs for all of this. Your job is to follow them, improve small things, and keep everything on time. Over time, I want you to see what works and help us double down on winning content.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- You will not be the face of the brand.
- You will not be the closer or main DM setter.
- You will not be asked to invent the entire marketing strategy from scratch.
- You will not be left guessing what to do.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
- Written English: 9/10 or close. You can clean transcripts and captions without AI.
- Experience running content for at least one coach or creator (content calendar, Google Drive, editor/designer coordination, scheduling posts).
- You actually like SOPs, Loom trainings and checklists.
- You are genuinely interested in social media and content – you follow creators, notice what works, and care about views, watch time and growth.
- Strong with:
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Basic Canva (thumbnails or simple graphics)
- Simple video editor (CapCut or similar for trimming and cropping)
- At least one social media scheduler (Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, Metricool, Hootsuite, or native schedulers on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and reliable.
SCHEDULE AND PAY
- 35–40 hours per week
- Philippines evenings preferred (to overlap with US time)
- Light weekend coverage (1–3 hours Sat/Sun) for checks and urgent tasks
Pay:
- Starting USD 500–700 per month depending on experience and skill
- Long term, full time role if we are a good fit
- Room to grow if you perform and take full ownership
