About the role:
We're a growing remote company looking for a dedicated Recruitment Manager to own our hiring process from start to finish. You'll be the person who keeps our talent pipeline full and brings strong candidates to our management team, ready to go.
What you'll do:
Source and bring in potential candidates from various channels
Screen and filter applicants against our criteria
Conduct first round interviews
Present qualified, vetted candidates to the management team once your process is complete
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day
Sunday: one single task that takes a maximum of 2 hours
What we're looking for:
Excellent English, written and spoken, near native level. This is non negotiable, as the role involves constant interviewing and communication.
Someone who can fully commit to this role and treat it as their primary focus
Organized, reliable, and able to manage a pipeline without dropping the ball
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing is a strong plus
Comfortable with online tools for tracking applicants and scheduling
