We run 5 supplement/wellness brands on Shopify and are looking for one experienced support specialist to join our small team. This isn't entry-level — we need someone who's been doing this for years and can step in confidently from day one.
Our flows and macros are built out. We need someone who can follow them precisely, move fast, and also use good judgment to craft warm, human responses when the situation calls for it.
What You'll Do:
Handle 50+ tickets/hour via Zendesk using pre-built flows
Manage subscriptions in Loop (cancellations, skips, pauses, billing)
Track and troubleshoot orders via Shopify + 17Track
De-escalate sensitive situations with empathy
Work independently with minimal oversight
Must-Haves (Required):
5–7+ years of Zendesk + Shopify customer support experience
Hands-on experience with subscription platforms (Loop, Seal, or similar) — actually cancelling, pausing, and managing subscriptions
Previous experience supporting supplement, wellness, or health brands
Strong written English — warm, clear, professional
Reliable internet + available during US business hours
Schedule & Pay:
4–6 hours/day, 5–7 days/week
Starts with paid trial at $6/hour — willing to pay more for the right experience
Weekly PayPal (fees covered)
