I'll keep this real so neither of us wastes time????
I make AI UGC videos, the creator-style clips that sell products, using Veo inside Flow. I'm looking for one person to help me crank them out. Good news first: you're not starting from a blank page. I give you the script and the first hook prompt, and your job is to turn that into a finished video.
In practice that means building out the rest of the prompts (Claude helps a ton here), generating the footage in Veo, then re-rolling clips until they look right. That last part is most of the job, if I'm honest. After that you edit it all together, captions and sound and pacing, into something people don't scroll past. Some days that's ten versions of one idea. Some days it's a single video you fuss over till it's right.
Before you apply, you need two things:
1.A Flow subscription and a Claude subscription, both active. The whole job runs on these, so I need you ready on day one, not getting set up next week.
2.A computer and solid wifi. You're rendering and uploading video all day, and bad internet kills this job.
Then here's what I care about in a person:
1.Your English is good. Easy to talk to, easy to understand. We'll be on
2.You reply. If I text you and you're slammed, just say "busy, on it tonight." I don't need a paragraph, I just hate wondering whether you saw it.
3.You've got an eye. You can feel the gap between a video that's fine and one that lands, and the fine one bugs you a little.
You notice the small stuff. The caption that's a frame late, the weird extra finger in one clip, the audio that drifts slightly off. You catch it before I do, because with AI video that tiny detail is the whole difference between something that looks cheap and something that looks real.
4.You're someone I'd want to talk to daily. I'll take a person I like over a slightly faster robot every time.
5.You care about this stuff and want to get good at it. A degree's a nice bonus, not a dealbreaker.
One small thing: I read every application that comes in. So I know you got this far, open your message with the word pineapple. No word, I move on.
How it works from here:
You apply with the word. We get on a quick call so I can hear how you think. If we click, I send you the trial below. It's paid, and it's the whole game, whoever nails it is the person I hire. If the trial's strong, we do a proper onboarding call and you're in.
The trial:
Recreate this video:
Here's the base character reference you'll work from:
Same energy, same style. Here's the script word for word, five scenes:
1.When you are done eating chicken wings, do not throw out the bones, folks.
2.Wash them, bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes, and grind to a fine powder. Now here is what most folks never figured out.
3.That powder is full of calcium and collagen. It strengthens the teeth, eases stiff joints, and settles the gut.
4.Stir a spoonful into your coffee or soup each morning.
5.Comment book and follow me to receive my full Amish healing collection.
The voice is a middle-aged Amish woman. To land it, use this as your audio prompt: "She is a middle-aged Amish woman:"
Anyone can read a script over some footage. What I'm grading is the detail. Get every one of these right and the job is yours:
1.Constant camera movement in every single scene. Nothing static.
2.A different background in each scene. Don't reuse one.
3.Different tools and props throughout.
4.A hook that makes the video even more engaging than the original.
5.The whole thing runs under 30 seconds.
6.No anomalies. It has to look genuinely real, no AI weirdness anywhere.
7.No typos in the captions.
8.No vocal glitches or weird audio.
Pay:
Base plus bonuses. Your videos perform, you earn more. Simple. hint: If you reach 1m views on a video you get $100, but this is not the only bonus, theres more. If you are hungry for success and you want to make 1k-2k a month and you wanna prove the people who doubted you, this is the right place.
At last, you need to have a students mind, if you are willing to learn, we can't work together.
