JOB OVERVIEW

We are Dazzle, an interactive live streaming platform. We produce high-energy live shows (ranging from street-dare challenges to interactive dating and game shows) where the live audience spends virtual coins to trigger physical actions, emotes, sound effects, and rules to control the hosts on screen.

We are building our organic growth engine and need a full-time video editor to scan our live show VODs and create highly engaging, viral vertical videos (9:16 aspect ratio for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikToks) and occasional stream recaps (8-12 minutes).

Initial Project: You will start by clipping the first three live streams of our flagship interactive show, "HACKED," featuring creator KiidKatze (Eli - 2M followers), before transitioning to other show formats.

What You Will Do
VOD Review: Scan live show VODs to pull funny clips, stranger reactions, and high-tension user-triggered events.
Create Vertical Videos: Edit and output 10 to 15 high-quality vertical clips per week (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels).
Visual Polish: Use Adobe After Effects to create funny custom motion graphics, kinetic text/captions, pop-up overlays, zooms, and audio effects to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
Deliver Recaps: Stitch together weekly compilation/recap videos (8-12 minutes) highlighting the best ---------- nts of each stream.
Required Technical Setup
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, AND Adobe After Effects (for custom motion graphics).
Hardware Setup: A computer capable of editing and rendering 1080p video in After Effects without issues.
Internet Connection: Stable fiber connection with fast upload speeds (for downloading and uploading large raw VOD files).
Redundancy: Having a backup power source (UPS or laptop battery) and a backup internet option (like mobile data) is highly preferred to handle temporary local power brownouts.
