Dreambound helps Americans find purposeful work by connecting people with training programs, from trade schools to colleges, that help them build better careers. We're a fast-growing company (4x last year), backed by top investors like Union Square Ventures and Arrive (Roc Nation).
As we grow our network of affiliates and educational partners, we're looking for a driven Partnership Growth Specialist to build and move the pipeline that powers both sides of that network.
The Role:
As a Partnership Growth Specialist, you'll own the lifecycle of our partnership deals across both affiliate and training provider (school) partnerships, moving prospects from first touch through the pipeline and into active partnerships.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes building pipeline from the ground up, staying organized across a lot of moving deals, and seeing the direct impact of their work on company growth.
What You'll Do:
-Own outbound sequencing for both affiliate and school partner prospects: set up new
-Handle follow-ups and book meetings whenever prospects reply, keeping
-Coordinate with the lead gen team to identify affiliates and schools worth reaching out to, then tap them to surface the right contacts.
-Support onboarding by routing new partners to the right internal owner so they're set up and activated quickly.
-Keep pipeline activity, partner health, and deal status clean and reported so the team always knows where things stand.
-Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape to spot new partnership opportunities on both the affiliate and school sides.
What We're Looking For:
-At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales development, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in advertising, marketplace, or partnerships environments.
-You're comfortable owning a large, multi-stage partnerships pipeline end to end, keeping every deal moving without losing track of any.
-Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You can build rapport quickly, write outreach that gets replies, and explain concepts simply.
-Strong attention to detail, highly-organized and self-directed.
-Critical thinker who is comfortable reading and interpreting performance data, with the ability to draw practical conclusions fro
-Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outbound sequencing tools is a plus.
-A genuine enthusiasm for Dreambound's mission to expand access to career education.
Bonus Points:
-Experience in the vocational education, workforce development, or edtech space.
-Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow or Impact.
-A track record of owning a pipeline from prospecting through to qualified handoff.
What We Offer:
-Salary range of $700 to $1,000 per month (negotiable by experience)
-13th-month pay, internet allowance, U.S. holiday leave
