JOB OVERVIEW

We're a 7-figure DTC ecommerce brand scaling fast. We're not hiring a task-doer — we're hiring someone who has already operated at this level, who can own product, funnels, copy, and creative with zero hand-holding and zero ramp-up time. If you need training on Shopify, Funnelish, or direct-response copy, this isn't for you.

We move fast: new offers go live within hours of approval, not days. You'll be trusted to make front-end and funnel decisions independently and report on results, not just deliverables.

What You'll Own

Product pages, collections, and offers in Shopify — built and live, fast
Direct-response copy for product pages, advertorials, and listicles
Full Funnelish funnel builds: advertorial ? listicle ? PDP, connected cleanly to Shopify
Front-end edits and new store sections/mini-stores as we launch new lines
AI-generated product and ad creative as part of your standard workflow (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Photoroom, or similar) — not a novelty skill, an everyday tool
(Bonus) A/B testing via Intelligems

Who You Are

5+ years running Shopify at a real operational level — stores, not just listings
Track record with brands doing 6-7+ figures, ideally in DTC/performance marketing
Funnelish or comparable funnel-builder experience (ClickFunnels, GemPages-funnel-style, etc. considered if Funnelish itself is new)
Copywriter first, not an afterthought — you can write copy that's actually driven measurable results
You use AI creative tools as part of your daily output, not as a party trick
You work fast and independently — we're not managing your task list for you

Screening (answer ALL — generic applications are auto-rejected)

Start with the word EXECUTE as your first line.
Send 3 live Shopify stores you owned or led — your specific role, and one result you drove (revenue, CVR, speed of launch, etc.)
Send 1-2 funnels you built (Funnelish or similar) with the actual outcome — conversion rate, AOV lift, or revenue impact if you have it.
Send 1 copy sample plus the result it drove (e.g. "this advertorial hit X% CVR" or "this PDP rewrite lifted conversion Y%").
Describe your AI creative workflow — which tools, how you use them for product/ad imagery, and one example of work you're proud of.
Your day/monthly rate (USD).
Intelligems/A-B testing experience? One real example with what you learned, or say "no."
