JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Merchandise Designer to help turn brand merchandise ideas into strong, commercially viable creative concepts. This role will interpret client briefs, develop original apparel and merchandise designs, create visual mockups, and help shape concepts that feel true to each brand’s audience, tone, and campaign goals.

The ideal candidate has strong taste, excellent graphic design skills, experience designing for apparel or merchandise, and the ability to translate vague brand requests into clear creative directions.

Salary Range:
Starting from ?50,000. Depending on the individual candidate, they may be offered more.

Key responsibilities:
Interpret client merch briefs and turn them into creative concepts
Design apparel, accessories, and merchandise graphics
Create mockups and presentation-ready visuals
Develop creative directions that align with brand identity and audience
Prepare design files for production when required
Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and client feedback
