Full-Cycle Sales Representative
TARGET MARKET: US (B2B) | REMOTE
About the Role
We are looking for a relentless, highly motivated Sales Representative with Cold calling and Lead Generation experience to join our team. This is a 100% independent role. You will be entirely responsible for owning the end-to-end sales pipeline—from hunting and generating your own leads to closing them but we also have leads to provide from our Senior Lead Generation Specialist.
You must be a self-starter who is fully capable of picking up the phone, building a pipeline from scratch, and self-sourcing your own opportunities. If you need hand-holding, constant supervision, or get easily discouraged by a "no," this role is not for you. We need a highly resilient, autonomous professional who thrives under pressure and knows exactly how to command a conversation with US business owners.
Key Responsibilities
-Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Move prospects seamlessly from cold outreach all the way to closed-won deals.
-Outbound Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively cold call,
-Closing: Confidently run discovery calls, present highly compelling pitches, and convert prospects into revenue.
-B2B Negotiations: Pitch, negotiate contract terms, and skillfully handle objections with US-based clients and business owners.
-Hit Sales Targets: Maintain a high sales conversion rate and consistently hit monthly revenue goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
-Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, specifically targeting the US market / US business owners.
-Proven Track Record: A verifiable history of success in both building a pipeline from scratch and closing deals.
-Communication Skills: Can communicate in English and have negotiation skills. You must sound confident, authoritative, and professional on the phone.
-Resilience: Unfazed by rejection. You maintain high energy and focus regardless of the day's outcomes.
-Autonomy: An independent worker who takes extreme ownership of their desk. Absolutely no micro-management required.
-Tech Savvy: Experienced using CRMs, lead generation tools, and sales engagement platforms.
