What this role is
You are the friendly voice our customers hear and the person who makes sure none of them ever falls through the cracks. You start by owning our phones and bookings. As you master that, you grow into running our marketing and helping us build smart AI workflows. We will train you on everything specific to us. We provide the phone system, the tools, and clear step-by-step playbooks for every part of the job.

What you will own (starting day one)

Answer every incoming call warmly and professionally and book the appointment.
Respond to new leads fast (within minutes, not hours). Speed wins the job.
Capture complete info on every call: name, full address, cell number, and texting consent.
Run our follow-up loop: thank-you "happy calls" after each job, follow up on quotes that did not close yet, request reviews from happy customers, and thank customers who refer us.
Respond to every Google review, good and bad, the same day.
Keep our schedule and customer records clean and accurate in our CRM.
What you will grow into (first 2 to 3 months)

Post consistently on social media and stay active in local community groups.
Keep our Google Business Profile fresh with photos, posts, and answered questions.
Send simple email promotions to past customers and create "customer of the month" posts.
Use our AI tools to draft, organize, and speed everything up, and help us build new workflows as you learn. If you love AI and automation, this is where you shine.
You must have (the non-negotiables)

Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, easy-to-understand phone voice. This is the single most important requirement and we will assess it on a live call.
A genuinely positive, caring, can-do attitude. We hire for attitude and train the skills.
A proven track record on the US overnight shift, reliably, long-term.
Real comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and a habit of using them. Bonus for having built or run automations.
Fast at learning new software. Reliable computer, fast internet, quiet space, good headset.
