Are you a creative, driven, and detail-oriented content pro who lives for social media, storytelling, and going viral?

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media & Video Editing VA to help us build unforgettable brand experiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to use their skills in video editing, content planning, and marketing strategy to grow multiple fast-paced brands in the home design and construction world.

You’ll work with an energetic and supportive team behind Old World Stone Imports and Gemstone Development, two exciting companies based in Utah, USA. As we continue expanding, you’ll play a key part in helping us stand out, stay relevant, and reach thousands of new followers and future customers every month.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
We use Hubstaff for time tracking. If you're delivering great results, there's always opportunity for extra paid hours.

Starting Rate:
$4.00–$5.00 USD per hour
~ Approx. PHP 227 to PHP 283 per hour
~ Full-time monthly equivalent: PHP 39,000 to PHP 49,000+ depending on performance and hours worked

What You’ll Be Doing:
~ Plan and execute a full content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and more, tailored to each platform’s strengths
~ Edit, design, and deliver scroll-stopping videos and polished photo content, especially for Reels, Shorts, and Stories
~ Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear messaging, and platform-optimized hashtags to boost reach and interaction
~ Research and jump on trends, hooks, viral audio, and algorithm shifts to help us stay ahead of the curve
~ Use GoHighLevel to build and manage email and SMS marketing automations for lead generation and customer retention
~ Manage and improve Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on measurable ROI
~ Push the limits of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Suno, ElevenLabs, Canva Magic, etc.) to accelerate content creation and improve results
~ Identify opportunities for brand exposure including digital awards, press features, influencer collaborations, and niche publication mentions
~ Analyze analytics and insights weekly, then adjust strategy based on performance data
~ Bring fresh content ideas to the table regularly: behind-the-scenes, home reveals, product spotlights, customer success stories, seasonal promos, and more
~ Contribute to making our companies—and YOU as our creative partner—recognizable industry leaders
~ Take ownership of your results, stay hungry to grow, and always be looking for ways to make our digital presence better, bolder, and more viral

What You’ll Need:
~ A deep understanding of how social media works—platforms, algorithms, engagement strategies, and what actually grabs attention
~ Strong video and photo editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or anything that helps you create magic
~ An eye for design and brand consistency—you know how to make things look clean, premium, and on-brand across all formats
~ Creative thinking with a proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you come with ideas and solutions
~ Confident writing skills that let you craft captions, calls-to-action, and marketing messages that sound human and connect with people
~ Experience with (or willingness to quickly learn) platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GoHighLevel
~ A willingness to learn and master new AI tools that boost your speed and creativity—if you haven’t used them yet, you’re excited to dive in
~ A reliable computer, strong internet connection, and a quiet space to work
