JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Short-Form Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is for someone experienced in short-form content who understands what captures attention in the first few seconds and has a strong instinct for creating videos that perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of viral content, audience retention, and social media trends
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Must have your own Adobe Premiere Pro license/software
- Ability to create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound effects, and transitions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and highly detail-oriented
- Open to feedback and able to implement revisions quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience editing 4K video is a plus
- Using a MacBook or being able to edit Mac files is preferred
- Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) is a plus

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips
- Identify compelling ---------- nts, hooks, and storylines from raw footage
- Create attention-grabbing captions, graphics, and visual elements
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend content ideas
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve content performance

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and the other people who apply to the job.
