Virtual Assistant – Call Review & Quality Assurance (6 Positions)
Pay: $5.00 USD per hour ($800+ per month) + Performance Bonuses
Company: Solar Cancellation Resource Center (SCRC)
We are hiring 3 full-time Virtual Assistants to join our Quality Assurance team and help review sales and customer service calls.
Responsibilities
Listen to recorded calls in our dialer system (Convoso)
Review call outcomes and verify agents selected the correct disposition/status
Compare call outcomes against our disposition guide
Document any disposition errors
Maintain an audit trail of calls reviewed
Submit daily reports identifying agents who need coaching
Requirements
Strong English listening and comprehension skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and guidelines consistently
Reliable internet connection and computer
Previous QA, call center, customer service, or call review experience preferred
Ability to work independently and meet daily review goals
